Sim card problem

Hi Team,

My phone is off. its not getting started. i have cut the original sim and inserted it instead of a new micro sim. Is this posing a problem to my handset??

I replied you in the other post.Have you tried power button + vol up or connecting to a wall charger and then turning the phone on?

HI,

Yes i tried both those things.. but to no avail. it doesnt get started. if at all it starts then it shows no service.So i am forced to turn it off and then again the same problem of cell not starting.

Then go to your network provider and get a micro sim,see if it changes anything.
