Sideview September Release

1. TV is Bravia KDL-46W905A software varsion PKG3.710EUA
2. Phone is Sony Xperia Z C6603, Android Version 4.2.2; build number 10.3.1.A.0.244

Can't get SideView to connect. Get message:-

"Device registration failed. Check settings of the device to be registered and try again"

On TV, Network Settings:
Built-in Wireless LAN ON
Wi-Fi Direct ON
Home Network Setup - Remote Start ---------- ON
Remote Device / Renderer ---- ON
Registered Remote Devices --------------None

I have powered off and on the TV
I have reinstalled SideView

**** UPDATE ****
9th September I have reset TV to "Factory Settings", SideView still does not connect, now with September 6th release. Same situation as above.

P.S. Do not tell me to contact the USA!  They sent me to this site in the U.K. without any solution.

If you don't have any problems using WiFi in the phone i would recommend that you contact Sony Electronics regarding this problem. If you're located in the UK, call this number: 0844 8466 555. If you're in the US, call 1-855-476-6982.

Just to let you know that I installed "Sony TV Remote" supplied by TomTomApps and it works just great.  It seems much faster than your product and, except for missing the "power" button seems to do everything one could want.

2. When do you expect V2 of Sideways to be available in the UK?

Glad to hear that you found a solution 

Unfortunately it's hard for me to comment and i don't know when an update will be available. This is handled/supported by Sony Electronics and not Sony Mobile.
