I used my Xperia X10 Mini Pro for a few dyas before I got myself a case or a screen protector. Unfortunately I picked up some minor scratches on the screen even though I was very careful! Can anyone suggest a way to remove the scratches? In the past I have used Displex but I not sure this should be used on a touch screen.
First be sure it actually the screen that is scratched. My x10 came with a screen protector already fitted. If it is really scratched go to your local car shop like halfords etc. Get hold of some windscreen polish. This is a very mild abrasive and id designed to remove scratches from car windscreens. I find it very good for removing scratches from my glasses and tft screens.
Thanks for the advice. I can't see or feel anything like a screen protector. The phone is a Mini Pro, from O2. I will try the glass polish, I am sure that I have some around.
do we really need screen protector for screen as it already mentioned that it is scratch resistance?
I was wondering about this too, with the new xperia range coming soon
they come with factory installed screen protectors
cool!..thanks lightyear :smileyblush:
Just out of interest, what do you guys clean your phone with..are those lcd sprays worth a try? I just use a microfibre cloth at the mo..but my Neo is gonna be my baby, I can tell! lol
Your baby will be very happy with a microfibre cloth. I generally use the same on my X10 and X8, unless I don't have one to hand, in which case I make do with any piece of reasonably soft clean clothing.
lol I'll stick with that then sushidushi
Appreciate the replies guys
