I managed to set a welcome message for my Elm phone and it was confirmed as set, but when I tried it out with someone else ringing that phone, the voicemail message didn't cut in. Why do you think that is?
As per my comment in your previous thread (http://talk.sonyericsson.com/thread/10952), I believe your Network Operator will need to re-activate your Voicemail in order for this to work correctly.
