Random Navigation Audio

Whenever the handset is connected to power sourse for charging, it shouts the navigation audio. "Navigation resumed", it  also happens while disconnecting the charging.(GPS is Off)

I tried restarting the cell phone and killing the navigation processes..

Could you please describe this in more detail? Do you get navigation speeches such as "in 100m turn left" or is it talkback speech that tells you in which menu you're at?

Even I am facing the same problem. Whenever I connect my handset to power source, it shouts "Navigation resumed". Couldn't find any settings to turn it off. Please suggest. All GPS features were turned off, but I still hear the commenting.
