problems with w705 youtube and facebook apps

i have a problem my w705 don't play the youtube videos the app works but when i select a video and try to play it nothing happend, the "screen" where the video should be is black, i select play and all works like if the video was playing but got no image or sound. my mobile is new and it have never open a youtube video sorry if my english is bad but im not american, hope you can help me

Are you using Youtube over 3G or Wi-Fi? Also, you need to make sure that under both Internet and Streaming settings (you will find these from main menu--Settings--Connectivity--Internet settings & Streaming settings), you have the correct setting for your mobile provider ( Connect using.....) and the Allow local conn. is set on Yes.

im using youtube with 3G and wifi and nothing happend, already check the streamin and internet settings and they're on my mobile provider settings and the allow local conection are both yes, i'm very angry/sad because the SE mobiles are supposed to be the best you can buy and they're not. in my experience they are the worse mobile option before w705 i have w760 and that phone was a piece of crap, took me at least 1 min to call anybody the speaker volume was too low and the phone software is ultra slow i send it for waranty 4 times and the 4 times my mobile provider gave me a new phone and always got the same problems and now this, i bought the phone 1 week ago and don't work honestly i wish somebody give me my money back. im very very angry because SE mobiles just give me problems i know it's not your fault but is very frustrating don't be able to do something

I suggest you run the software update service on your phone via PC and/or use the "repair phone" option via PC suite.Let me know if that fixes the problem.
