Problems with video focus

So the camera focus works perfectly when doing photos, but when I try to make a video, it takes a lot of time to focus.

If I want to do a video without standing still (moving the camera), it tries to focus over and over, and the finished video is like focused, unfocused, focused, unfocused... And it looks pretty bad.

Can I fix this, or is it a normal thing? By the way I have a Xperia M, model C1905.

Have you try different camera settings?

Yes I did. I was using the face detection focus setting, but the other two don't work either.

I can't see any other setting related to focusing.

also try 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart  your phone > check again
