I´ve got a problem with my touchscreen. If I click on the apps or folders they dont open, just "jump" nothing else.
After reseting the device I have the same problem after a while. But the 3 buttons(back, home and multitasking) are working fine...?
What could be the reason of this problem?
Same here. Factory reset solved it. But after 2 days, now it comes back again!!!!!
Please let me know if this problem still remains after reinstalling the phone software using SUS.

I have not been able to replicate this issue myself.
It still comes back after the repair. I think it is due to the Xperia Home launcher. I installed Nova launcher after that and I don't have any problem if I use tht as my launcher. By the way, the Xperia Home launcher is still playing up after I installed Nova launcher.
How do you use SUS on a Mac if it's an .exe file?
your don't use SUS on the Mac. use Sony Bridge for Mac instead.
dante,
factory reset only erase "user data". if the problem lies with the Android OS or any apps that comes with the phone, factory reset doesn't fix them. you need to 'repair' your phone use SUS ans this will reinstall everything on your phone. just makes sure u backup everything that's inportant in your internal SD first.
and if it still comes back after this, then it won't be a software problem anymore.
Repair on the mac doesn't work. The phone doesn't start after pluging in the USB while holding the volume key down. It's stuck at the selection point where you tick the checkbox saying, that you will lose your data.
This phone is shit. It keeps dialing numbers on its own, deleting apps and the touchscreen wont work most of the time. If it does, some of the letter on the keyboard don't work etc. Piece of crap...
i have tried what you said but the problem is still there,as i bought my phone second hand(but it was only a couple of days old)where do i stand with the warranty
