problems with pc companion

Greetings:
I communicate because I have problems with PC companion, and not recent, while my xperia connect I get a message saying: THE APPLICATION NOT INSTALLED LATER TRY and this is already more than a month ago and that is with all users , would be so kind as to tell me what is the problem with SONY?

Uninstall PCC > restart your PC > install both PCC and SUS > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run either or

Make sure you have an active Internet connection while using PC Companion, as when you click on any of its app for the first time it downloads a 1 MB or  Mb file of it and then only the same is operational.
