I have an Xperia LT15i with the following problem: The mobile phone when entering suspend mode if or switch it off and return to the call screen appears on but all black getting the phone to work but no screen image. If you remove the battery for some time (1-2 hours) when I restart the phone is working fine until re-enter the sleep mode.
