Problem with MediaGo

Hi,now i try to install MediaGo and when i click install it shows the message: "Command line option syntax error.Type Command /? for Help.". Please help me fix it

Got everything installed that i must from system requirements and i get the error message again

Based on the information you have provided you may wish to download a fresh copy of the program in case the version you have is incomplete or corrupt.

I have already reinstalled it but i got the problem again.The error occures when MediaGo tries to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable.I also reinstalled this but it doesnt help
