Hey @Rafailos, I would recommend you to perform a master reset in your MW600 and to reset the settings of your Elm phone. To reset the headset:
1 Make sure the headset is turned off.
2 Press and hold down on/off key until the pairing indication appears.
3 Simultaneously press and hold down On/Off key and call key until the headset turns off.
To reset the phone

Select Menu Settings General Master reset > Reset Settings > Continue.
To pair the headset with a phone

1- Make sure the headset is turned off.
2- Turn on the Bluetooth function in the phone. For instructions, see the phone User
guide.
3- Turn on Bluetooth visibility in the phone. This makes the phone visible to other
Bluetooth devices.
4- Place the phone within 20 cm (8 inches) of the headset.
5- Press and hold down on the headset for about 5 seconds until the pairing indicator
appears on the display.
6- Auto pairing in your phone: When asked to add the MW600, follow the instructions
that appear.
7- Normal pairing in your phone: Search for and add a new device.
8- If a passcode is required, enter 0000.
If you are not able to do this, try using your phone with another headset and viceversa to see if the problem is the headset or the phone. Reply back with your current location to send you to the local support if needed.
