problem calling

heyy..I am a fan of Sony Xperia,,i have a Xperia neo.. ICS 4.0.4 INSTALLED...i  have a problem, i can't make outging calls..i went to settings>call settings>call blocking and all my outgoing calls are disabled but if i try to enable it it asks me a 4 number password and i don't know which password!! i tried every password i knew but i get unexpected response from network...please help me... i tried everything..

With the information provided, I can advise that if you enable this section, no one will be able to contact you as you have enabled the call blocking function.

If this is what you want to achieve then you will need to contact the network carrier and ask for the PUK 2 code or PIN 2 code, they should be able to supply this.
