Problem arranging apps

Hello, i have a problem. Every time I reboot the phone my apps appear disordered (arrange apps-->Own order), this appens with apps installed in the SD card, and because of i have all the applications translated to the SD, the problem is very annoying. I have to spend a lot of time in rearranging all the apps. Is there a solution?Thanks
