Pot belly, The back cover came off

Two years ago I bought 3 xperia z2 and 1 xperia z1 compact. Two months ago ended warranty. This phones always have warmed. Now one of the Xperia z2 ha a pot belly and has taken off her back. I´m afraid to use it.

I am very sorry to hear that.

My recommendation is to get in touch with your Local support as I mentioned earlier in this thread, they can assist you in having it sent in to an authorized service center.
