I accedentally change my phone language to chinese.. and now i cant even understand a word..

which phone do you want? if you have an android press MENU -> scroll down untill you see a letter A inside a rectangle then tap on the top option and scroll down to english

Yes as Uliwooly has mentioned, you need to specify which phone you have.

Another way is to go to the Sony Ericsson support site and select your model.

Once you have selected your phone you could download the user manuals to see how to change back to English. You need to use a calculated guess based in the steps listed in the user manual
