hiya everyone
i have a vivaz which is 3 months old. this is my 2nd handset i have had sinced my contract started in june! 
this morning my phone decided to break yet again! no matter how much i take battery out or anything it just goes to a white screen with sony ericsson on it.
i phoned orange for help and they have agreed it is faulty and are sending me another vivaz tomorow morning. (which i was quite shocked about) the problem i have is obvuously they will be taking my faulty phone with them and i was told i just need to keep the battery and back (dont know why, i tried asking why but i couldnt understand what he was saying ) but what do i do about all my personal details that are on it. for example my passwords i have for my internet accounts including ones for my bank that are on there, n for facebook, twitter etc etc.
i have ard horror storys of ppl sending faulty phones away n then there accounts have been hacked when they have fixed the phone.
please help as i am panicking.
to b honest i would much rather not have the vivaz again as all i seem to be having is problem after problem with it but i know that aint going to happen so will just have to deal with the problems each time they happen.

try upgrading its firmware and reset, hope that'll help
