Please, I need help because the Xperia Support in Spain daon´t want to tell me what happened with my Z3. I send it to the support on november the 23th and they don´t know where it is, I ask for one solution but they only tell me to wait and i need my phone. I call him every day and every day tell me to wait. When i ask for one responsable they don´t let my to speak with them.
Anybody of the support center can help me, please?????

As warranty and repairs are handled at a local level by your Local support i'm afraid it's not possible for me to assist you from my location.
I do see that you have a repair order ongoing with your Local support support though. It seems it took a very long time for the phone to reach the service centre after you handed it in for shipping to them. It's not possible for me to see why that is but it looks like the phone was received by the service centre on the 14th. They repaired it and sent it back to you on the 15th and it's now waiting for you at your shipping service point. If you need more information and assistance, please contact your Local support.
