playstation error message

can someone help with this error message (please see attachment)when i try to install the media go setup, as i cant find anywhere that the playstation programe has been installed.

Hi I am having the same problem are you running windows xp or vista? and are all your media up to date?

   I am useing windows 7 ultimate with all the latest media and drivers, I still haven't found an answer so have given up trying to install the software.:smileysad:

No as I said I gave up trying as I coulden't get an answer.

hi do you know you dont need media go to transafer music photos or other items to your phone ?

True, you don't need Media Go to transfer media to your phone, but what Media Go does it secures that all media you have transfered is playable on your phone in correct format (important for video).

May I ask where are you got Media Go from? You might try to install PC Companion and install Media Go from there.

I installed it from my phone that didn't work , then I installed from the Sony web site and again no luck.

I got the same problem, same error. I'm using Sony Ericsson Zylo and using Windows 7 32-bit with up to date driver. Anyone knows how to fix this problem?
