phone restarts a lot!

my phone is on t-mobile UK and has recently been restarting itstelf 3 or four times in a row when using it for various hings. It has crashed whilst using the internet and most recently whilst on a game.

I have reset the phone so it is clear and wondered if anyone else had seen this issue and may have a solution..

any help would be great!

When this started happening to your handset, are you aware of any applications you had installed which may have caused this? In the meantime, we would suggest updating the software on your handset to see if this helps. This can be done by following the below instructions:

1. Go to www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/updateservice/xperiax10

2. Select Download now.

3. Once installed, follow the on-screen instructions.
