Phone goes into silent mode while making calls

Hi,

My phone goes into silent mode or somtimes comes out of it, while making calls. When i restart the phone, it works normally for a day or so, but after that again the same issue.

I dont want to do a factory reset as i dont want to loose the data and my installed apps.

Please SONY find a solution for this.

uninstall all the stuff you don't need or use like utilities for tasks memory antivirus and see were you're at
