PC Won't Recognize X10

My pc won't connect to my X10 as removable storage when USB debugging is enabled, it just views it as an unreadable disc. If I turn it off it works fine. True, it's a minor inconvenience to turn it off each time I connect, but I can connect to other computers with it enabled but not on mine. Even tried removing SE companion and all the SE driver stuff on my pc but the same things happens. Any suggestions??

Only because Titanium backup complains when I turn it off 

  I guess I don't need it on all the time, but it's annoying when something changes and I can't fix it. I can connecto to other computers with debugging on but not mine
