i have 3 phones -
1. p900 - approximately 8 years old.
2,. 2 x p910i - purchased on ebay around 12 months ago.
the p900 suddenly started displaying "battery low" around 24 hours after being fully charged and it would then go flat.
i tried 4 new batteries and the same thing kept happening.
i then decided to bring the p910i's into play and the same thing happens.
has anyone experienced similar problems? could all 3 phones be faulty? could all 4 batteries be faulty?
i think that if kept the phone on continuaal charge i would have no problem.
i am using bst15 batteries 3.6v 1260mah.
many thanks,

It's highly unlikely that all 4 batteries are faulty, but are you sure that these batteries are of the correct specification for these phones, because the current seems very high (1260mA) ? Do these phones charge through the USB connection and if they do, does the same thing happen? Also, bear in mind that new batteries need a few charging cycles before reaching full efficiency.
these are genuine bst15 sony ericsson batteries.
i have not used a usb connection for charging.
point taken re "reaching ful efficiency".
i was advised that the higher the ma rating the longer the batteries will last.
should i try some at a lower rating? i have seen them as low as 900ma.
As long as they are genuine replacement batteries with a voltage matching that of the original battery, you should be OK.
