Hi, i have my XL with Allowed Bootloader = NO, and i want open it, i have my SIM Lock Code, but the Chat, says, Sony Mexico cant open the Bootloader, why?
This is something you would need to take up with Sony Mexico however I do know that some networks request that bootloaders be locked and are not to be allowed to be unlocked - So this could be a network issue
My understanding is that Xperias sold in Mexico are locked to Telcel, if so, then you won't be able to unlock the bootloader, but do contact your local Sony Xperia Care Mexico
