Notification panel doesn't lift down after swipe

On the screen lock it works properly but after unlocking the phone i have to make some pressure on screen to lift down the panel. 

Anyone can tell me why this is happening? 

Sony xa1 dual sim

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen

also, remove any protective case, film, glass.
