Hello, to update the phone you will need to wait for it to become available. The easiest way to see if its available is by downloading Sony Ericsson Update Servic and or SEPC Companion and connecting the phone to see if the update is there.
I went to update my phone as sony update was on my computer i download the backup and restore and did the backup, it prepared it and when i went to install new 2.1 it said that software failed and to contact support from this site. hat do i do?
