myXperia not work

Hello,

I have a problem with 'my Xperia', I log in to http://myxperia.sonymobile.com/ with my account Google+, but the service can not find the device (z1 compact) on the map and does not emit sound. I enabled wifi and GPS on the device. What's the problem?

Enable high accuracy in the location settings.

Stopped working for me also, cant wait for this contract to run out. This phone has been nothing but dissapointment followed by dissapointment.

Yep same here, myxperia can't locate my phone or sound alrm.  location service set to high accuracy, another fail Sony...

Have you tried with mobile data too?

I enabled all, also mobile data

Clear data for myxperia app in settings-apps-all and check again.
