I have been using my T2 Utlra LTE D5303 around 1.5 year. Starting from last Friday, I was unable to use this phone normally, and a message was popped up "Unfortunately,Google Play Service has stopped" when I login in my google account and tried other account witht the same result. I restored the phone to its own "Factory reset" and using Xperia Companion software. The message "Unfortunately, Google Play Service has stopped" was still there. I visited Sony Customer Service Centre for this. Customer representative suddenly told me that they are unable to fix this issue to me anymore , and I should have to contact Google for this directly, as this is an Android issue and not Sony issue. This was newly updated internally that Google has been disable the support for this model anymore.
Can anyone provide a solution to me ?
