My screen doesn't light up.

My screen doesn't light up when there is an incomming call.(sound only).

When the caller hangs up, however, the screen lights up with the 'missed call' message.

I have reset the phone several times both on from the fones menu and the website.

Can anyone help me?

I also suffering with a problem similar.

My Screen Doesn't Light Up, and remain so till it lost the battery. It will Light Up when charging the battary after fully drined.

I have a similar problem. Did you get a resolution for this? and how do you do a hardware reset for Aino?

i encountered the same problem. sometimes when there's an incoming call, the screen is all black. i found out that once you've encountered this, you have to press the lock button at the top of the phone to view who's calling.

i have the same problem with my cell. I tried the lock button but it won't light up! How am i suppose to fix it? I did a software update last week.
