My phone is completely dead and won't start

I have a sony Xperia m1 and it won't even start after I reboot it by pressing power button and volume key. It doesn't charge either and I can't even switch it on it is only black . I would love it if someone could tell me the solution to this if any

Try different wall chargers and cables, if that doesn't work, contact your Local support
