My flash light don't work on z5

My flashlight don't work on my z5 o tried different apps but still no joy the flash works with the camera but not with the torch app I did a diagnostic test and it failed on that too

Boot on >>> safe mode and then settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the flash

The diagnostic test built in the z5 the flash passed on that but the diagnostic test I downloaded it failed on that one I noticed the flashlight works with normal appsfrom the app store it's the extension small apps the torch don't work it's a very strange thing any way ty for replaying if I need a torch I just put my camera on its not a major problem and 1 I can get around

So it works but the issue its with third parties?

This has something to do with your camera or the camera apps you have installed. If you start your flashlight from quick setting and then you start camera it will disable this quick setting option.

Please give a list of your installed applications or try to delete their cache.

By any chance does it work when you restart your device?

In my case, the flashlight icon disappears, and then I go to diagnostics and the test fails, if the phone is restarted the flashlight appears and passes the test...after a while the Flashlight icon disappears again.
