Multimedia Messaging Help

There's probably a really obvious answer to this question and I'll probably appear super dense but I'll ask anyway!

I sent a screen shot to a friend as a multimedia message through 'messaging' and now the same message is on the bottom of the the screen of EVERY message I want to send! I have to press the cross on it to stop me sending it to everyone I'm sending a message to. REALLY annoying. Help!!
