Mobile networks internet(Data Enabled) getting conneted automatically whenever my phone gets unlocked.. And money gets detected automatically without needfull usage.Every time I need to turn of the internet(Data Enabled) tab to stop the data connectivity.

First, check your ENGLISH.

Second, there seem to be a bug in your stock ROM. Try repair through PCC or SEUS

Or

Try using previous official ROMs using flashtool.

Roms you can find in forums here and xda.
