I've updated my Xperia S to the latest version which improved my mobile in comparison with the previous updates which faced many problems and contained many bugs.
Regularly when some one receives a new text message, the icon at the homepage shows a number, for example number 1, which means that the user received one text message.
Recently, I have noticed that when I open the new message, the icon remains showing that there's a new message although the message was opened, sometimes after a while the icon returns to its usual status after the message map opened, and other times the icon remains showing a new text message until I restart the mobile to allow the icon to return to its usual status.
Any help in this issue
