Latest Software update

I am unable to load the latest software update. I just get an error message

Any assistance welcome

Hi Vfrtom. try updating with SE Update Service, www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/updateservice/xperiax10mini?cc=gb&lc=en.

That is how I have been trying to do it without success

No idea what is your error message, try updating with another PC/Laptop. If unsuccessful, perform update in Safe mode. Reboot PC/Laptop, keep tapping F8 till a Safe mode Menu appears, select Safe mode with Networking, then run SE Update Service. Good luck!
