First of all, thanks for your reply. But it seems not enough to "Cool Down" our complaint. As you know, firmware "Release Date" was advised by your company. In the other words, your company should already "calculated" and "Tackled" so called "Approval Process" before announced to public. We will not accept such out-dated excuse (that hyper link page was written in 2011!!).

Be a responsible manufacturer, your company must advise firm and accurate "Due-Date" to us. Such poor "Public Relationship" skill will push consumers leaving Sony to other competitors for sure.

that's not how it works, if you read the official blog you can see that it says the update will start to roll out, not that it will be available globally

Sorry, I'm not sure, you are "Real" user of Ion or not. 

You know why everyone so anxious about new firmware?? I don't want waste my time to "discuss" about your reply. As we need Sony reply not you. Sorry!

We spent money on mobile phone, we just want to receive good and responsible service. It is simple and fair!

I'm also a SONY xperia owner. I had an NEO V, and now have ION. In both cases I've observed that software upgradation on time is never done. I can understand from the approval process that you have shown. I've seen this link when I was waiting for NEO's ICS update. I assume the process for any version upgrade remains same. How come there is no project deadlines?

Hope you understand our frustation. From a customer point of view, I'm not able to understand the process, what I would like to know, is the date of publish! that's it. I assume millions of SONY xperia users would have the same knowledge. We only expect timely delivery, and promises kept from SONY.

Believe me, I feel awkward when my colleagues show non-SONY phones getting OS updates. And worst of all, when I say that I would get the same update (as in this case, May end); things does not happen!!

To add salt to it, no one can confirm any dates till now!
