Internet settings??

Hi all, had this phone a week and cannot get the internet working... have changed/updated settings with O2, but still no joy.  Anyone got any ideas or had the same problem?? Many thanks

Try sending the settings from SE site see if it makes a difference, do you have an old sim card, sometimes the old old ones wont work.

is the data traffic turned on from the hidden bar at the top? also have you tryed factory settings reset i lost mine last nite afer a update and couldn't get it back untill i did the reset???
