I cannot use Playnow

I cannot download wallpaper and tones from Playnow with my Xperia J. Why? It always says download error.

It also says An internal error occured. Help me.

Go to Settings > Apps > All ( Search for Google Play, Clear cache and data )

Restart your phone and try again...
