how to completely format-wipe data

Hello,

i want to format/wipe my xperia s in such a way that no data shuold be recoverable.

i know some program that wipe ur data in PCs,

is it okay if i connect my  xperia with usb to PC and than i wipe all "internal storage" data,

will it affect the system files?

To be honest, you would need to perform a Factory Data Reset on the device multiple times to overwrite old data. This is pretty much the only way to stop data being recovered.

Menu > Settings > Back & reset > Factory Data reset.
