How can I open the podcast app?

Did anyone know, how to open the podcast app? If I click on a podcast link in a Mail, I can say I will open with the podcast. Its possible to subscribe the podcast, but I can’t open it again.

I use Android 4.4.2

Podcast app should be accessible through the movies app - don´t ask me why but it works

I lost hours searching the management of the podcast Walkman application, since it is this that plays. After searching a lot on google I found this forum that the link manager's podcast is in the application movies.
It does not make sense, do so many updates, podcast link should be in walkman.

I agree with Tugasintra entirely. To hide the Podcast app inside the Movies app is very strange at best. I too lost hours trying to find the podcasts that I had previously subscribed to.  Before I found this discussion, which is not yet well indexed by Google, the only way I could access the Podcast app was via the notifications it generated!

Does anyone know how to create a shortcut to the Podcast app?

Its being merged with music app. So go to music -- 3 lines (top left corner) -- select podcast and add your favourite podcasts.
