Dear,    

I Hemant  resident of I/599 Mangolpuri New Delhi. I shall like to inform you with immense agony that  I have purchase SONY ERICSSON model name X10i which IMEI No. is 35*******79 on 28th JULY. I am not at all satisfied with this model of phone since i am facing problem right from the first day of purchase of this mobile phone.  I even got a replacement of for the non performing handset but other handset also creating problem.the phone has other data communication problem. It has Emergency calls only, The Phone has speaker problem, ring signal/tone problem, speaker clarity problem, ringer problem, hanging problem. I get the phone repair  SONY ERICSSON service center  but I was not satisfied then I tried the other service center then also I did’nt get the solution for the handset.

I am a user so many other electronic product of your SONY brand and I like the quality and the performance of your SONY brand but this time this particular product and your service gives is not satisfactorily. I feel like wastage of time and money on buying of this hamdset.

I want to take immediate action on this either let my phone to be replaced with better one or else i want my money back.

Otherwise I feel no hesitation to go legally for being cheated by SONY ERICSSON

I hope you understand my grievances and gravity of situation and provide me a satisfactory solution.

Can you detail any dates and reference numbers for your situation. I'll pass it on to our support team in India. I also have some followup questions:

1) After you dealt with us for your first phone evaluation what was the outcome? Did you experience the same problems? Different? Was the phone working for sometime after?


2) What was the situation after the second evalution with the service center? Did they attempt to repair the device?

Oh it is really sad to hear this.

Are you sure that you purchased original SE Xperia? Haven't heard of so many problems, that too with two different handsets. The phone basically does not have much problems, and has got the beast hardware out in the market. Somethings that may appear as a problem is most likely caused by the outdated version of android which will be updated soon. You will love this phone when you get used with it.

Dear,
I have purchased my mobile from CROMA STORE (The Electronics Megastore) on 30th JULY 2010, and bill no. is _151160687..  And I have started to face many functional problem immediately after purchased of the mobile handset.

Please find the below the detail of queries required by you.
1) After purchase of the mobile handset within three hours I have started facing problem of improper receiving of signal by my phone, as despite of being in open area I am complained by many caller that my phone is unreachable and they have to call me several times to get connected to my mobile number. Speaker and Mike both of my first phone was very poor since neither I am able to hear properly despite of keeping volume on highest level nor my voice was clearly audible to the my call receiver.   
I have same problem with replaced handset also the replaced handset has problem of non connectivity of
Wi Fi .
and problem is continuing with this phone.


2) The situation of Service center is not very good there is not even comfortable sitting for customers,  fans were not working too.
With my Handset complain they let me waited for about two hours and after that thay gave me back my handset saying that they have uploaded a new software and there will be no further trouble, but problem continued, second time they replaced my phone which has more worse performance than first one, for that they uploaded some new software again.

I do not want my phone to be repaired again, this is not what I have purchased SONY XPERIA phone for almost 630 $ to use a repaired phone.

All I want to have new phone without any trouble now this time.

I shall submit the my handset XPERIA X10 with nearest service center.
Also I shall provide you the required details.
But as I stated earlier, I would request you to make sure that I am not in to have a repaired handset but I want a properly working new handset for which i have spent my money for.
