Help wiz my phone w705

From while my mobile become so heavy when i work on it but today suddenly it restart with itself & when it back to work i found that all my phonebook is gone  its miserable that all my phone numbers & urgent number have gone..please adisve if there is any way to get my lost data again its urgent matter please help

There will be no way to get the numbers back if they are gone but to prevent this happening in the fututre you could back up all your data and then do an update via Sony Ericsson Update Service.
