help needed new to satio

just been given a satio as my vivaz has been replaced 4 times in the last month! music player skips like a scratched cd.

i cant find the you tube app on this phone?

went to app manager n found a you tube file opened the list and unistalled it.

went on line via wifi to download youtube mobile app.

part way through it stopped and said this app was already preloaded on the phone

how if i had just unistalled it????

pls help

would using the update service resolve this issue unsure what to try first/

oh my god thats the worst exchange possible.

the vivaz gets updates after all. the satio don't.

Dude! You will get much more problems with the satio as with the vivaz. send it back. seriously.
