If you're talking about the phone lock code, from main menu go to Settings--General--Security--Locks--Phone protection: the default code is 0000

But if you've forgotten the code you need to contact a service centre to get it unlocked.

the problem is, i just change the password, and when i switch off and turn it on, it say to put password, when i put the password, it say incorrect password, what should i do?

Is this the SIM lock code or the phone lock code?

Try the default code 0000, but if this doesn't work it means that you've accidentally changed it to something different to what you intended.Unfortunately this means that you have to take it to a service centre to get it unlocked.
