Help about headset problem

Hello,

I'm in a problem about connecting my earphone(Stereo Headset MH410c (MH410C)) for Xperia ST23i. When i

plugged in my earphone, there no notification shows even it doesn't

work. But, it only works when i restart my phone with connected

earphone. After plugging out from the phone, it doesn't have any sound

without restarting.

Is there any solution? I'm tired by restarting my phone again and again.

That's strange! I recommend that you try to update/repair the phone software using the program PC Companion:

If the problem still persists after an update/repair, you can try with another headset in your phone or sending the phone to service for repair. Please contact your local support for further information.
