HBH DS-200 software

Hi All,

My name is Chris. I managed to lose the disk that comes with this device and now need to use this Bluetooth mic with another Windows 7 computer. Does anyone know how I can download the software?

I have a very similar BT set (HBH-DS205) which didn't come with a disc, but can use with my PC which is BT-enabled via an adapter.I thing that as long as your new PC is Bluetooth-enabled, either inbuilt or via adapter, you should be able to pair and connect to it for use as a hands-free.

Thanks Dr_Chris. Unfortunately, this is not the case for this version. Windows really does complain saying it can't find the device drivers. Oh well perhaps their support department will help

An internet search shows that there are a lot of people with the same problem, although there doesn't seem to be any drivers available,at least not from the SE website.According to some accounts, simply updating the PC drivers or using a BT USB dongle, enables connection to this headset.

However, since yours came with the disc, SE should be able to provide the drivers, so please let me know the outcome of your communication with them.
