hellow sony team.,. i have a problem with my talk program.,.,it has became disable and i cant enable it.,what should i do??

Go to Settings, Apps, view "All", scroll down to "Talk" (if the app is disabled, check the bottom of the list), select "Enable".

Let me know if you are still having this issue after this instruction.

my problem is that there is no enable .,,anthalservice too.,.its disable and i cant enable it

Ok, well, if you can not enable Google Talk in "Apps" I recommend you to do a repair of the phone software:

Click on this link to get Sony PC companion:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know if you are still having this issue after the repair of the phone software.
