Google play requires Back ground data enables

When I open the Google play I get the message "

Google play requires Back ground data enabled" window with two options 1) Quit 2) Enable . When I select Enable it opens Sync Window with all the accounts (Facebook, yahoo mail ,etc) . Now I have selected auto Sync button and closed the window. I am getting the same message everytime I open the google play.

I am not find any option in phone to enable the backgroud data.
