I want to know about sony Xperia X10i. Where do I can write the notes?  How can I record the birthday for each contact in phone book? How can set a contact group? Can set a  other message ringtone?

You can add notes to a contact by selecting the contact - Edit - Add field - Other - Note.  You can add whatever you like to that note, including birthdays, but it won't beep to tell you when the birthdays are.  You might want to use the calendar for that.

In the default messaging service, you can select one of the pre-installed ringtones by opening the application - press menu key - settings - select ringtone.  You might also want to try downloading the Handcent messaging application, if you have access to the Android Market where you live.  You can do a bit more with that,m including, I understand, using one of the songs on your memory card as the notification tone.

On writing notes, I downloaded something called ColorNote from the Android Market.  It's useful for making shopping lists and so on, but that might not be what you mean.  Again, if you have access to the Android Market, have a look on there to see if there's anything that suits you.  There are a few, including one called simply Notes (distributed by Yuli) which has had good reviews.  Or, again, you could use the calendar.  It depends on what suits you.

This is tricky.  You don't seem to have access to the Android Market (thanks, probably, to your government).  The phone is a lot better when you can add applications.  But, if you can somehow use it, ColorNote is free to download and free to use.

You can long-press on the labels when you add fields under a contact name in order to change the label name, by selecting 'custom' and typing in what you want - like 'website' or 'book' and so on.  I just tried it, in the interests of research!  But you won't, I think, be able to click on a website name and bring it up.

It might just be worth waiting till you get Android 2.1 and seeing if there are any changes in that to help you out, including the volume issue.  I do hope so.  Meanwhile, if I can think of anything else, I will let you know.

Of not relevance to your questions, I had a Burmese friend in England whose name was Htet.

In brief, what I was saying is that you have fewer options if you are unable to get applications from the Android Market, and that it is probably worth waiting to see what Android 2.1 brings.  I have seen something unofficial saying that the contacts will be changing, and that might give you much of what you want.

By all means send me a message...
