I tried so many times by adjusting my fingerprint and/or restarting my device and/or cleaning the fingerprint bottom by a dry piece of cotton but still not respond from the first time 🙁🙁 anything else I can do?
@XxXxXxX This could also be related to your fingers being sweaty or greasy. Do you get the notification that partial fingerprint detected or could not detect?
try to register single fingerprint multiple times. say register your thumbprint twice or thrice. I often observed that it works well when you scan near the ridges of your fingerprint.
